Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department of a luxury yacht. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and leadership.

• Type: Private / Charter Luxury Yacht.
• Location: Mediterranean based.
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Start Date: Immediate / Upcoming 2026 Season.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire interior department, ensuring 7-star service at all times.
• Lead, train, and motivate the junior stewardess team to maintain high morale and performance.
• Manage interior accounts, provisioning, and inventory of high-end supplies and luxury amenities.
• Coordinate professional table service (Silver Service), flower arrangements, and event planning.
• Maintain the yacht’s interior in “showcase” condition, managing fine surfaces and delicate fabrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests to ensure all requirements and preferences are met.
• Liaise directly with the Captain and Chef to ensure seamless onboard operations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess or a very strong 2nd Stewardess ready to step up (at least 3+ seasons in the industry).
• Leadership: Strong management skills with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of hospitality, wine pairing, and interior administration.
• Documentation: Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical certificate are essential.
• Attitude: Discreet, highly organized, and committed to excellence.
• Additional: Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification is highly desirable.
